Lodging & Camping

Enjoy the panoramic views as soon as you step into the lobby. The lodge offers 72 rooms with a private patio or balcony. The Village Green Inn, located on the golf course, can be rented for groups, weddings and family reunions. Sixty-one cottages are also available. Lodging available by late afternoon. Check out by 11 a.m., local time. The park is pet-friendly and camping is seasonal.

Harbor Lights Restaurant
Enjoy gorgeous lakeside scenery while dining in the restaurant. As a supporter of the Kentucky Proud program, we use local meats and produce when available and now serve Kentucky wine and spirits in the restaurant.

Kentucky Dam Village State Park Airport
For an aviator's delight, there is a 4,000 ft. paved, lighted air strip located a mile and a half from the lodge. Self-service aviation fuel is available for anyone who flies into the Kentucky Dam Village Airport. Visit airnav.com for FAA information.

Things to Do
Boating

Eagle Watching
Make your own eagle adventure with a self-guided bird-watching hike around the park. American Bald Eagles are common in this area, as over 200 nesting pairs make their homes in the lakes area year-round. For eBird species information CLICK HERE.

Fishing
Fishing enjoyment never ceases at Kentucky Dam Village! With an abundance of largemouth, smallmouth, Kentucky and white bass, bluegill, channel and blue catfish, crappie, and sauger, Kentucky Lake is the perfect year-round vacation spot for the avid angler! Golf
Known as the “granddaddy” of the Kentucky State Parks Golf Courses. This par-72 course plays 6,704 yards from the back tees. Enhanced by all the amenities offered by the park, a fully equipped pro shop is open year-round with rental riding carts, pull carts, and clubs. Course open year-round, weather permitting. Hiking
Kentucky Dam Village is located approximately 12 miles from the north entrance of the Land Between the Lakes where more than 200 miles of trails and abandoned roads meander through the backwoods, fields and alongside peaceful lakeshores.

Swimming
Swimming is available at one of the few “public-access” sand beaches on Kentucky Lake. Adjacent to the walking/biking path across Kentucky Dam, it is open seasonally from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. with a pavilion and beach volleyball courts. An outdoor swimming pool adjacent to the lodge is for use of lodge and cottage guests only.
