Located on the shores of Kentucky Lake and only five minutes from I-24, Kentucky Dam Village is easily accessible and only 15 miles from the north entrance of Land Between the Lakes. The park features 72 lake-view lodge rooms with a patio or balcony and 60 one, two- and three- bedroom cottages. All cottages are equipped with full kitchens, television, heat/AC, and private yard and driveways. The park also offers an outdoor pool, Harbor Lights Restaurant with seating for over 200, convention center/ meeting spaces with full service catering, beach, horseback riding, a 200-site campground with primitive/ full service sites and laundry facilities, and a 4000’ lighted runway for small planes. Whether arriving by land or water, you’ll be amazed at the beauty and serenity of this 17,000-acre park.

Your group will feel at ease in our comfortable, nautical theme when they enter the lobby with its large copper-plated fireplace and large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the marina. This space creates a beautiful location for networking or a welcome reception. Kentucky Dam Village SRP offers a small meeting room just off the lobby plus a Convention Center, steps away, with space to accommodate 50 to 500. This large space can be sectioned into smaller areas or breakouts.

Kentucky Dam Marina, one of the largest in the state, located adjacent to the park, offers an array of watercraft rentals, overnight and permanent slip rentals, dock store / gift shop, free launching and a fish cleaning station. With 242 species of fish and one of the premiere fishing lakes in the USA, expectations are high for anglers setting out for an adventure on Kentucky Lake, the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi. In addition to fishing, the 2,064 miles of cove-studded shoreline and 160,300 acres of water surface leave ample space for boating, water skiing and beachcombing.

The famous golf course designer Perry Maxwell, known for using the natural architecture of the landscape, designed our 18-hole Kentucky Dam Village golf course. The landscaping features unmatched healthy fairways and beautifully maintained greens. The Village Green Lodge, located near the golf course includes 14 inside-entry rooms, a front porch, and a spacious back deck. The Village Green Meeting Room + golf course, adjacent to the lodge is the perfect site for family reunions, company retreats, golf outings, corporate getaways and other events.
