For most couples, the planning starts almost immediately after engagement. Choosing your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, guest lodging, and reception locations can be some of the most difficult choices you will face. Many times finding caterers and adult beverage services is also a task. Let us assist you and become your “one stop wedding shop”. We offer all of that right here in one convenient location.

As your wedding date approaches you will feel comfortable knowing that your ceremony, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner will be within steps of each other. Dine with us as you visit with your guests after details are set. Your guests will be thrilled that they are only a short walk from their accommodations to activities! They will also love their “mini-vacation” at one of Kentucky’s favorite State Parks.

After dinner, you can walk back over to put your touch up decorations (if you have reserved the room for the night before), or you can stroll to your lodge room for a good night’s rest. (Cottages are also available) Open your curtains in your lodge room, early the next morning, and take in the breathtaking views, scents and sounds. Join us for breakfast at our Grayson’s Landing Restaurant, or we’re happy to deliver to your room. As your group prepares for the ceremony, we are happy to deliver a snack or lunch until your catered wedding reception that night!

When it’s official, take a short scenic stroll to your reception location in the Falls of Rough Convention Center or Terrace Room. There, your guests will be welcomed in your beautifully decorated reception room as our professional staff caters to their needs. Our chef and servers will assure that your guests are satisfied and comfortable.

This Grayson County state park is convenient to Louisville, Evansville, Elizabethtown and cities in between.

While driving is the common means of getting to the park, pilots appreciate the airstrip located within sight of the lodge. The spacious Falls of Rough Room can be utilized as a conference or banquet-style facility with seating for 400 guests. The room can also be divided for multiple meeting sessions.

The Terrace Room, adjacent to the lodge lobby, can accommodate groups of 75. Both meeting areas overlook Rough River Lake.
