Description

The sun shines bright on this charming meeting venue on the grounds of one of Kentucky’s most revered historic sites. The visitor’s center at My Old Kentucky Home State Park, located in Bardstown, mirrors the stately elegance and gracious ambiance of the Federal Hill mansion a short walk away. Federal Hill was the inspiration for Stephen Foster’s famous ballad, My Old Kentucky Home. This historic destination is an ideal choice to host your next event.

An expansive lobby filled with natural light is the prelude to the Ballroom, the main meeting space for the visitor’s center. This spacious room provides an airy, comfortable atmosphere. Outside the Ballroom, is the open-air event plaza, enclosed in a white-pillared colonnade that radiates toward Federal Hill and not far from the visitor’s center is another elegant open-air pavilion known as the Rotunda. There is also a small Magnolia Room and Carriage House for smaller meetings and gatherings. This venue accommodates from 10 to 300 (theater setup) and has bar service.
